What is included with Economy Menus?

Economy Menus are for a more modest budget and include our delicious food, a chef, set-up of buffet service half hour prior to dinner service on your counter or table, disposable dinnerware, flatware & linen-like napkins.

What do you need to provide in order to have Economy Menus and Service?

Additional items CANNOT be added on to the Economy Menus.

Clients must provide: buffet table or counter &/or linen for same, beverage service, trash receptacles and trash removal, parking for the chef with DIRECT access to the venue and buffet table. Last but not least, fun guests to help you celebrate!

 

Why can I not add items or substitute items to the Economy Menus?

We are able to offer these amazing prices due to reduced administrative costs by having a standard menu with no customization. If you wish to add items, substitute or customize our menus, then please review our Full Service Menus, as they may be customized!

All of our food is made with the same fresh ingredients, prepared by our chefs in our kitchen, whether you select Full Service, Economy or Package Menus!

Full Service Menus require chefs & service staff and include: food station tables & their linens, dinnerware, flatware & linen-like napkins, set-up & breakdown after the party. See our Social & Wedding Packages for a turnkey event at a great price!
