Our Full-Service Menus which require staffing and include
food station tables and linens, china dinnerware, flatware and linen-like napkins.

Should your event be a wedding, we will price the buffet selection without a dessert, as most brides serve a wedding cake, cupcakes or other type of dessert bar.  Many rehearsal dinners use the opportunity to serve a groom's cake.

Tapas

Tapas, small plates of visually appealing, flavor intensive food.

A wonderful way to experience many different menu items at one party.
The food service style works well in small venues, such as vacation rental homes, around a pool or in a more formal setting.

Each couse is served on a small plate.
The servers and chefs interact with the guests, explaining the dishes as they are served. This is a good opportunity to pair wine with the various courses.

Or they can dine on the adult menu for half price.

Many hosts like to reserve a table exclusively for their young guests. Our staff will serve the kids their meal during cocktail hour so their parents can enjoy their dinner afterwards. This is an opportunity to make both children & parents happy!

It is also an option that saves the hosts some precious dollars.

Children's tables are a big hit with the younger crowd!
Our frozen drink machine has two tanks, one of which
was used for a childs' version of a pina colada...mmmmm!
