We are delighted you are interested in Emerald Coast Catering. Full Service Event Design separates us from most of our local competitors. We can customize your wedding & related event to reflect your vision. You may also select one of our value oriented packages. Whichever you choose, we do everything possible to make your wedding perfection in paradise!

Our staff is a team lead by Gary Serafin, Owner and Executive Chef. We have professional customer service staff, designers, installers, servers, bartenders & kitchen staff to execute the smallest of details to create your dream wedding.


PLEASE note that our menus include a selection of standard china, flatware, linen-like napkins, food stations, station linens and standard decor, serving vessels and utensils, with the exception of hors d'oeuvres "only" orders. Most of our competitors do NOT include these items in their prices and you must rent china, flatware, napkins and even the food station and station linens. When comparing quotes, please factor in the necessary rentals required to accompany quotes from other catering companies.


EVENTS BY DESIGN! Our full service event design company makes it EASY for you to create and plan the wedding of your dreams... from your home, whether that is in Walton County or anywhere else the internet reaches!

Once you submit the estimate request form, Chef Gary will contact you by telephone in order to clarify any questions he may have. You will then receive an estimate for food, beverage and staffing based on the information. Your next step to planning your perfect wedding is to Secure the Date. You can then relax knowing your have our team of destination wedding specialists on your side. When you have secured our services you may still make changes to the estimate. Your final menu selection and minimum guest count is not due until 30 days prior to your wedding.

Once you are one of our catering clients, we will be happy to provide you with an estimate on furniture rentals, linens and tent coordination. You are not obligated to use our services for these items.
