If you are interested only in our catering services, please refer to our Menus. Once you have selected a menu, please complete our Event Estimate Request or our Wedding Estimate Request, depending on your event type. We will contact you as soon as possible to review the information and provide you with an estimate that will include each and every item you require for the perfect meal or party.
If you want a customized menu, Chef Gary Serafin will be happy to do so. He can pair wines with different courses from your wine cellar, or suggest value-oriented or unique wines available at local wine stores. As the owner of the first fine-dining restaurant on the Emerald Coast, Chef Serafin understands the relationship of wine & food enhancing your dining experience! |
