Welcome to Emerald Coast Gourmet To Go.

We are now offering a variety of prepared foods and meals that can be ordered for pick-up at either the shop or at any of the Farmers Market that we are working. Currently Grand Boulevard on Saturdays. 9am-1pm. Rosemary Beach on Sundays 9am-1pm
Everything is prepared from scratch and with the very best quality ingredients then frozen. All you need to do is thaw and heat using the instructions provided.

We will be continually updating the menu with new items for you to try and will base a lot of what we prepare on customer requests and feedback.

Following is a list and description of our current menu with pricing:

  • New Orleans Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce. 2 for $7
  • Caramelized Onion and Jarlsberg Cheese Savory Tart. (3 inch) 2 for $6
  • Macaroni & Cheese, over 1&1/4 pound with Fontina & Sharp Cheddar $8
  • Cream of Crimini Mushroom Soup, Chicken Stock base and finished with Heavy Cream $12 quart
  • Shrimp Etouffee, classic New Orleans dish, medium roux & creole seasoning with Jumbo Shrimp. (serve w/rice) $15 per quart.
  • Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo, rich dark roux with Creole seasoning. (serve w/rice) $13 quart
  • White Chili with Turkey, roast Turkey w/ White Beans and Southwestern Seasoning. Medium heat. $13 quart
  • Three Cheese Vege Lasagna, Rich Tomato sauce. Fontina, Romano & Cottage Cheese. Zucchini and Crookneck Squash, Spinach & Onion. (one pound each) 2 per container. $20
  • Three Cheese Meat Lasagna, Rich Tomato sauce. Fontina, Romano and Cottage Cheese w/ Ground Beef. (one pound each) 2 per container $20
