The Details
What you need to know
- Guest table setup: round dining tables with white linen
- Food station setup: food tables with white linen, attractive presentation, working chef at station.
- Beverage station setup: station table with white linen, equipment, plastic tumblers, cocktail napkins, ice, bottled water, coke, diet coke, sprite.
- Staffing: Chef, trained servers, professional bartender
- Service Times: our packages include 4 hours service, 8 hours overall. (2.5 hours setup, 4 hour event, 1.5 hour breakdown) We recommend a one hour cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and beverage station followed by a three hour reception featuring dinner and dancing, for a total of a four hour event. Extra time available depending on venue - ask for pricing.
- Package prices do not include: Delivery Fee or Sales Tax. Delivery fees are based on the venue.
- Additional Guests: for guest counts above 50, add $73.98/per person to 100 guests. For more than 100 guests contact us for pricing.
